Going back twice in Nautilus maximizes window

Hi

Every time that I try to go back twice (or more) in new Nautilus (3.10.1-0ubuntu,amd64, 14.04 - the one with buttons in title bar, ), Nautilus's window maximizes.

Now, I know that double click in title bar maximizes a window, however, I am just trying to use a button more than once, and not the title bar.

So, how:
I return title bar to nautilus
OR
I disable maximize when double clicked
OR
Clicking button twice does not count as clicking the title bar?

I suggest you report a bug

Trusty is not released and not stable.

Nautilus has still this behaviour. That's really boring. Change the Titlebar Actions settings from Gnome Tweak Tool does nothing.
