cannot use the screen magnifer

I have installed

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

but not able to find the ComfizConfig Settings Manager , see http://askubuntu.com/questions/164820/default-screen-magnifier , to config.

I have also tried Kmag but the magnified screen just kept duplicating itself.

Please advise.

What is the output of :

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy compiz
