drive content redundant

my drive other than the file system contains the information the file system contained and also not able to delete the content in that drive and also help me the ause of the problem

ext4 and i had two drives 120 gb file system in which i had installed ubuntu and another 380 gb file system in which i just want to store the data i want but the 380 gb file system also contained the information of the file system and i just want to either delete all the content of that drive,of format that drive

You can use gparted to format and repartition the other storage as you desire.
