Photos already uploaded to the computer not being found for uploading to web site.

Asked by Eddy Poston

Photos that have already been uploaded from a digital camera to the computer, are not being found--not even ONE photo from Ubuntu's program, "Shotwell," is being found, when the attempt is made to upload them to Facebook. Ubuntu is so very weird and difficult. It is a pain. It does not have explanations as to how its programs work, on its own web site. Someone else installed Ubuntu onto this computer, instead of Windows, because an expensive part broke down on another computer I had bought five years ago, which computer was using Windows--and I don't have another Windows "license" number to put Windows onto THIS computer, and I ALSO DON'T have MONEY to go buy ANOTHER copy, or license number, of Windows, in order to install Windows onto THIS COMPUTER. So, I'm STUCK with weird, user UNfriendly, UBUNTU. Another thing, I don't want any more sarcastic replies back, like what I received a few days ago, regarding another technical problem with Ubuntu. It only ADDED to my DISLIKE of Ubuntu.

Just use the uploader on the site, or the basic uploader and the images will be located in your $HOME/Pictures folder.

Can you help with this problem?
