trying to upload to snapfish?

when trying to upload pictures, it says that files must be jpeg ?

pictures were uploaded by digital camera, when i went to upload it states it must be in jpeg format????

What format are the pictures that you're trying to upload?

that link shows what file types are supported for Snapfish.

so yes that is correct. This is that sites decision to only except jpg and ziped jpeg's and has nothing to do with Ubuntu. If you can inform us of what you are attempt to achieve We may be able to offer another similar service if you like.

also note that you could use a photo editing software, maybe something like GIMP to open and save the files into JPEG format.
