Any time I try to open anything in places it says cannot creat archive.

Asked by Benjamin Martin

I was messing around in the terminal and I and I entered sudo nautilus, and now whenever I try to access anything in places it tries to open it in archive manager and it says could not create archive . What did I do , and how can I change it back?

See https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+question/146740.

In the future, to help avoid this and other problems, to run Nautilus as root, use "gksu nautilus" (or "gksudo nautilus") rather than "sudo nautilus".

Can you help with this problem?
