Make up and down side bar arrows larger

I am new to Linux how do I make the right sided arrows larger on the desktop?

Yes, I mean the bar to scroll up and down the page, I would like the margin width to be wider. I am new to Linux and sometimes overwelmed with the system.

Open System -> Preferences -> Appearance, and try various themes to see if one has a larger scrollbar.
