3 times stuck same spot

following the steps at

i am at the same place three times and at a standstill.
i entered into the terminal:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-restricted-extras non-free-codecs libdvdread4 libdvdcss2
and after a long series of text, i get to the EULA page on configuring ttf- mscorefonts installler
which comes up in the terminal in a white background and can be scrolled through but no use of the enter key to acknowledge the OK at the end, or no amount of time waiting seems to get it anywhere.
whats going on>? where do i go from here>?
i really want t get done configuring, and have been three times through to this point.
i have already restarted the browser.
i do not wish to kill the process in the terminal but how long do i have to wait here? please say what i do next,
i have faith that the steps at the above address are correct. what must i do to finally go past this spot?
