Monero Package Outdated

Latest version of Monero in "monero" package is 0.17.2.0. The community has been on v0.18 since July 2020. The v0.17 -> v0.18 change was a hardfork change, which means that the "monero" package has been unusable for over a year.

I would be more than happy to help get this package updated to the current release v0.18.3.1, as I am currently funded to develop for the upstream project.
