install 12.04 don`t show option alongside windows7

When installing UBUNTU 12.04, from USB Stick, everything work good, otherless appears the option INSTALL UBUNTU ALONGSIDE WINDOWS7, but there option to FORMAT WINDOWS PARTITIONS

I suggest you resize your NTFS in Windows then chkdsk the partition. You can then install to the free space
