Mercurial 3.x for Trusty and backports sync

Why there iare no backports for Mercurial? It is pretty backward compatible and users don't deserve to live with old bugs.

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner.

Is it possible to setup automatic backports from Debian? Is there a button for that?
