Memtest86+ not working with 64-bit Win7

Just crated live Ubuntu CD for 64-bit and tried to run memtest86+ v4.10 on a new 64-bit Win 7 system, and it opens but nothing happens.

I think it would be simpler to directly use the memtest cd, download it here: http://www.memtest.org/#downiso
