make-dfsg package

My Ubuntu(14.04) can not install make-guile package,I have tried many methods.

I can install other libraries,But keep reporting errors when I install make-guile.
E: Unable to locate package make-guile

I have tried to use command apt-get update,but it doesn't work

The package make-guile has been added in version 4.0-6, but Ubuntu 14.04 has only version 3.81 of make.

I recommend that you perform an upgrade to a newer ubuntu release (or do a new Installation). This will provide an updated version of make including a make-guile package.
Ubuntu 14.04 has got only restricted support any more (Extended Security Maintenance).

I suggest you wipe the install off and do a clean install of Focal (Ubuntu 20.04). This will give you support until April 2025. You can restore your user data from your backups
