missing mdb_dump

Hi,

it seems that lmdb-utils package doesn't contain mdb_dump tool (http://symas.com/mdb/doc/man1/mdb_dump_1.html). Please consider adding it to that package.

The 0.9.14 version that will be part of the upcoming vivid release of Ubuntu is planned to contain the mdb_dump tool.
There is a PPA ppa:cz.nic-labs/knot-dns that provides such version also for precise, trusty and utopic.
