Automatic script from kernel team may lead to misinterpretation of bug report

Example Bug #865658
Since kernel team decided to answer bug reports assigned to 'linux' via automatic script they could be misleading and also introduce more work, which probably wasn't the intention.
- The example apparently has to do with the dash in unity.
- When a user is unsure which package is the culprit community maybe recommends to assign it to 'linux'.
- Every user account can change the assigned package to 'linux' even if it wouldn't have anything to do with the kernel, then it would invoke the automatic script.
Worth case.
Write about the weather in bug description, assign it to 'linux'.

- 2011-10-04 Danilo Segan: not sure who/where to assign this to, Brad Figg's lpltk branch for arsenal project is the likely culprit, but he might not care at all. Assigning to him.
