ntfsclone help

Can someone please tell me why neither of there commands will work? /dev/sdb1 is partition I want to clone. "/media/Part 4/BACKUP/hi" is where I want to put the clone files.

ntfsclone --rescue "/media/Part 4/BACKUP/hi" /dev/sdb1
ntfsclone --rescue /dev/sdb1 "/media/Part 4/BACKUP/hi"

command "man ntfsclone" gives the option
try
   ntfsclone --rescue --output /media/Part 4/BACKUP/hi /dev/sdb1
