Guest Account Settings in 12.04

OMG! Please Please tell me there is a way to lock the Guest account settings
I prefer to display for guests....?
Or does every guest account login have to be presented with the superfluous
guest settings (i.e. system settings, Ubuntu software center, Ubuntu one
all Libre programs and no saved browser settings)...?
