404 error for copyright file libcrypt1-udeb

I get 404 error looking for the copyright files for https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libcrypt1

I need to understand the licensing / copyright terms of this library as I may be shipping it with a software release for older versions of ubuntu, which do not have the file.

Navigating to all of the copyright links all of them are not found on the server
see http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/libx/libxcrypt/libxcrypt_4.4.10-10ubuntu4/copyright

I do not know the reason why the copyright files are not available on the changelogs.ubuntu.com server, but as a workaround please just download and install the package and you will get a copyright file in /usr/share/doc/libcrypt1/copyright, or just download the package and extract the copyright file from the archive.
