Upgrade to a newer upstream version

Any chance of upgrading to libwiimote 0.4, which is the current version and about two years old now? I was able to build it from source on jaunty, after applying debian/patches/01_fix_build.patch, although really configure.in needs to be patched as well. I have submitted a patch upstream that includes configure.in.

Version 0.3 or better is needed for wiipresent, because it adds the function wiimote_pending.

It would also be nice to have this in Debian as well as Ubuntu.

File a needs packaging bug here.

Say on the bug report that there is a new version of the program and could they package it.
