i am trying to make a calendar i can use to schedule volunteers and em to the group

i don't want to down load a calendar, i want to create it on office libre. it can't be that hard!

Hi Elaine

I know you said you don't want to 'download' but these extensions will give you the perpetual calendar functionality that you need. To write one from scratch yourself would be a case of 're-inventing the wheel'.
