LibreOffice3 Mail Merge Wizard does not run

Trying to use the Mail Merge Wizard in LibreOffice3
Have Java run time installed and my computer is updated
In the mail merge wizard at step 3 I cannot insert address block
The <OK> button is permanently greyed out
What am I doing wrong?

Deleted and reinstalled LibreOffice3 and now it all works.
