Dear Friends,

How are the steps top be followed to transfer all information from Microsoft Outlook into your e-mail system.
I am just starting with EVOLUTION 2.10.1

I would like to obtain all my messages, received and sent, Import my Tree of how I have configured the e-mail, such customer, below Year, etc..

Also, how Can I transfer the information of the contacts into the same software
Appreciate your prompt answer
I would prefer the answer in Spanish but in English is not a problem.

Para importar los mensajes tal y como estaban en Outlook, lo mejor es crear una cuenta IMAP y configurarla en ambos sistemas, Outllok y Evolution.
De este modo puedes copiar tu correo viejo "local" en esta cuenta IMAP desde Outlook, ir a Evolution y moverlo desde la cuenta IMAP a las carpetas locales de Evolution.
Existen algunas utilidades de importación directa, pero en ocasiones Outlook cambia la codificación de los mensajes y al importarlo con estas utilidades puede que no se haga 100% correctamente, especialmente si tienes mensajes en lenguas no inglès/español.

Con la configuración de cuentas y contactos no sé exactamente cómo funciona en Evolution, quizá otro te pueda ayudar mejor. Prueba a exportar los contactos como CSV (valores separados por comas) mediante la función exportar... de outlook.
