indicator menu not working 11.04

When I right click my indicator menu on the top right of screen I do not get a menu appearing which allows me to add or subtract an applet to this menu.

I did disable the bottom menu (number 2).

How can I resolve this issue?

Natty DE does not have that option ! You can how ever open startup applications and the command gnome-panel, log out and in and you will have your panels back BUT if you click on the open Natty top panel the gnome panel will be hidden, so use the bottom panel, remember any changes you make in gnome panels in Natty, will effect the panels in your Gnome session also ! and vies versa ! good luck
