libdecodeqr portability

I was able to build libdecodeqr in visual studio 2005 and used opencv2.2 . But it failed to decode some of the qr code I generated online.I used the online encoder http://zxing.appspot.com/generator/ . The failed ones showing mode number
15 and 9 in codedata.cpp.

I don't think you will get help here with visual studio. This is a forum for *ubuntu linux* based installs.
