Upgrade to 9.9?

Hello there

When do you think libavcodec-extra-53 will be upgraded to avconv latest version 9.9?

And is there a chance you would include the audio codec libvo_aacenc as well?

I suggest you report a bug and/or find a PPA. Ubuntu is not a rolling release distribution so package may not be updated as frequently

The problem is that I cannot find the maintainers for these packages:
libav-tools
libavcodec-extra-53

Can you help me please?
