Where's language-selector-kde?

I'm now using Kubuntu Raring and there's no package language-selector-kde anymore.

language-selector-kde was removed from the archive during the Raring development cycle. It hasn't been used by Kubuntu since Kubuntu 12.04, and has been replaced with other interface(s).
