lanscape client won't install

I am running 12.04LTS from a pendrive in "live" mode. Everything is working fine however when I open the management service application it says I need to install the landscape client to configure it. I click on the install button and get an error message "Package does not exist: Package landscape-client-ui isn't available".

I have followed the instruction in Landscape itself and performed the following:

sudo apt-get update - this runs fine, no updates

sudo apt-get install landscape-client - this generates an error: Unable to locate package landscape-client

Any ideas?
