Build kile without latex dependencies

Would be nice to have kile package build without the full latex/tetex dependencies.

Why?

Kile is a LaTeX editor (and more) for KDE Desktop. It's not surprising it needs LaTeX.

You may be able to reduce its requirements if you install from source.

Because Kile is a ConTeXt editor too.
And since we have e ConTeXt distribution in Ubuntu will be nice to have this TeX/Latex/ConTeXt editors without full latex/tetex dependencies.
Will be just like TeXworks that is a Latex editor too but it doesn't come with full latex/tetex dependencies.
