i am unable to play online movies, the play button does not indicate

I have been watching free online movies, but since a couple of days I only can open the site and when I click on 'watch online now' as I used to do , the movie window opens , but the play button at the center of the screen does not appear as it used to do on the previous occations resulting that i cannot begin the movie. PLease advise on as to what are the possible reasons for this to occur.

A flash upgrade maybe..

HELLO, THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE. I AM STILL UNABLE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. IT IS THE SAME WITH THE OTHER SITES AS WELL. MY SYSTEM IS LINUX UBUNTU. PLEASE ADVISE.

I have the same problem.
Hulu says to install flash player, so I do in every version they have to offer and still says to install flash player.
When I install flash player my computer says it is already installed, but hulu says it's not.

What is meant by," sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree" ?
