How do I open and rund NeroLinux-3

Being a Newbie, I have just downloaded NeroLinux-3. What do I do with it now?

The con is there on my desktop. when click on it to open it.Ark pops upwith 3 file names.What do I do from there?

Seems that you have downloaded the tar.gz.
Head back to their website and get the DEB (either 32bit or 64bit, whatever you use).
Then open a Konsole and navigate to whereever you downloaded the DEB to. Now install the DEB with "sudo dpkg -i [nameofthedeb.deb].
