How do you change the colour of all the pictures at once?

How do you change the colour of all the drawn pictures at one time? I drew a picture completely in red and then I opened up another KolourPaint. I opened the same picture and I want to change the whole thing to blue at once. I don't know how to.

imagemagick may be able to do it in command line, or mogrify
