andLinux menu

How do you add programs to the andLinux menu in the notifications area on the Windows Taskbar? Specifically, I'm trying to get to Tellico to run. I have both andLinux KDE installed as well as KDE 4.1.3 for Windows. I used the Synaptic Manager to download and install Tellico, and thought I was on to something when working with the KDE menu editor, but still don't know how to access Tellico.

I dunno what andlinux is... but I doubt its ubuntu. Please go try your question on
Microsoft.com
