Virtual box problem

Hi,

I installed virtual box on my system, while installing "windows -2008 server" it shows error as below.

VirtualBox kernel driver not installed. The vboxdrv kernel module was either not loaded or /dev/vboxdrv was not created for some reason. Please install the virtualbox-ose-modules package for your kernel and execute '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv start' as root.
VBox status code: -1908 (VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED).

Kindly tell me what these error mean ?
I want detail steps for installation for virtual box (or) URL for where i found steps to proceed.

→ I think easy - just do that (install the package, reboot and then execute /etc/init.d/vboxdrv start...
