error message on several issues--kde update failed

started with having no screen saver available. Now there are seven or eight different function not working for same reason: kde update "caused" error, was incomplete. Something like that. Tried reinstalling, no change. There is no crash. The slots are just empty. Suggests contacting "packager" or vendor.

Please give us more infos about your issue...

By the way try to upgrade your system, please open a terminal and type:

sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.
