¿Donde esta el boton "Modo administrador"? dentro de cofiguracion del sistema en Kubuntu?

Estoy tratando de instalar un tema para KDM pero en Configuracion del sistema me dice que pulse sobre el boton "Modo administrador" para poder cambiar el tema y no encuentro ese boton

Creo que no necesita "Modo administrador". Si usted mira en configuraciones de red, hay el botón "Modo administrador".
