has development stopped: indicator-weather?

There are still a lot of bugs in this nice program, indicator-weather. But there is no development anya more. Has it stopped?

On a related note, the weather thing associated with the time/date thingy in Gnome Classic shows sunrise/sunset as betting 5 hours ahead of what it should be. Sunrise is at 15:00 and sunset at 23:30. Does that have something to do with the system time, or a bug in the works?
