icedtea6-plugin (Size: 1kB) in Update Manager

The changes tab of the given update displays:

"Changes for the versions:
Installed version: 6b21.2-2ubuntu0.11.10.3
Available version: 6b21.2-2ubuntu0.11.10.4

The list of changes is not available yet.

Please use http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/icedtea-web/6b21.2-2ubuntu0.11.10.4/+changelog
until the changes become available or try again later."

When I click on the link or copy/paste it I get in Firefox 16.0.2:

I like to know the stated nature of the updates before I apply them, but, in this case, I'm holding back until information becomes available. Obviously, the link is broken and needs to be fixed. Can anyone help me with this?

Apparently there was an error somewhere when the link to the changelog was created.
