Borderless printing
Asked by
Sohrab Towfighi
I am on Ubuntu 22, running HPLIP 3.22.6 to print with my HP 7612 on Tabloid paper.
I specify a custom paper type of Tabloid paper size with 3mm margins when printing a PDF file. I also set Fit to Printable Area. When I preview the file, the 3mm margins are gone and I have these huge ~1 inch margins. I tried switching to photo paper in the options, but when I preview the printout, still large margins. Even when I try printing with the built-in Tabloid 11x17in Small Margin paper size, I get big margins in the preview and the prinout. Any ideas?
