Photosmart C4680 print not correctly. it not print black color.

in default mode. printer can't print black color.
but when I remove color cartridges. and print in Black mode. it can print correctly.

(i'm try in Win7 it can print correctly)

It's weird how the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (Black) print OK. It's just combinations where they is an issue.

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | grep hplip

You are using a PRE-RELEASE. What did you expect.

log a bug.

Natty is NOT ready and NOT stable. If you want a half-ass OS with function holes and bugs which you can then log to improve the OS then use Natty. If you want an OS that works then install Maverick or Lucid.

ubuntu-bug cups
