How do I contribute translations to Hamster?

Hello,

I would like to contibute some translations to the Hamster Project.

Where can I do this?
Is there any way to do it without editing the .po files directly?

Thanks ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ContributeToUbuntu#Translation ), however, as far as I know, the Hamster Project does not make use of the Rosetta translation system.

In other terms: "Launchpad does not know where Project Hamster translates its messages." ( https://translations.launchpad.net/hamster-applet ). Neither do I.

Try contacting Jamie, he seems very involved with Hamster (He submitted the last changelog, so may be able to help or advise whom to contact)
