unable to recieve tweets in gwibber

I cannot receive tweets from my account. But i can post messages to my twitter account from gwibber. When i refresh i get only a blank area(no messages in timeline). Pls help me.

Now i get timeline.But i cannot post messages.Earlier i was able to do that.
