How can I add more contacts?

I'm using Gwibber for twitter and Facebook. And I'm follow for example #FFL and all the time there are new members. If I want to add them, I have to go to the browser? Or Can I add them from twitter?

in the next version of gwibber (3.0) there will be an option to follow a
user. for now you have to use the browser
