how to change order grub menu list in my dual boot laptop

how to change grub boot menu list order so that i can change position of operating system at top or bottom. i have dual boot system . One is ubuntu and other is vista

Install: startup-manager
...and choose the OS you want to start in that.

Through Synaptic Manager, down load "KDE Grub Editor". Re arrange boot priorities as you like.
