ubuntu 9.10--64 Bit unable to boot after todays update installation.

getting error

How to get rid of this and get flash screen? Earlier also i got the same error due to non compatability of nvidia drivers. I re formated and again installed, but now i donot want to format as important data is is there.

Guide me how to gwt normal ubuntu????

You may need to boot to LiveCD (grab a karmic live CD) and reinstall grub.
