Grub2 and Terminal

I know that the GRUB2 needs to be repaired because my computer wont boot without the usb, but it is impossible because the terminal is not working. I need to find a way to repair the Grub2 without the terminal. or a way to fix the terminal.

Boot to livcd and you can put Grub on the MBR.
