ow to reinstall grub2 in windows 7

I use windows7 64bit OS alongwith Ubuntu 13.04 side by side. While booting system automatically asked for choosing OS i.e. either 'Windows' or "Ubuntu'. But once I re-install 'Windows7' , this option is not displayed and the system is booted on 'Windows' only. On analysis it was revealed that in such cases grub file generated by 'Ubuntu' in 'Windows' partition is destroyed. So I wish to know the way out to get the said grub file without re-installing 'Ubuntu again.
