Ubuntu is not getting loaded

I installed windows along with ubuntu . When I restart my system windows is getting loaded directly, I am not getting the option to log into ubuntu. I am able to find the ubuntu partition but i dono y its not getting loaded. How to get the option fro windows boot process or is there anyway to get back grub ?

You need to restore the GRUB boot loader:

boot from your ubuntu cd or usb drive, whichever media you have ubuntu install on. follow the prompts to re-install grub. you'll get the dual boot menu after you re-install grub.
