Lost grub on dual boot of win 7

I lost access to ubuntu after I installed win 7. I have tried numerous ways to restore grub with no success

First, try to reinstall Grub2 boot loader from CD (or USB stick): https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Reinstalling%20from%20LiveCD
