comment reinstaller le GRUB?

salut.je possede un pc sur lequel Vista etait installe a cote de Ubuntu 8.10.Dernierement j ai du formater la partition ext3 depuis Vista car j avais des problemes de capacite.une fois cela fait le pcne demarre plus sur vista et m affiche <can not find grub.pease reinstall it>.je suis coince.que faire?
