installation of ubuntu by rebootable disk failed quoting error21.I would like to know what error21 indicates Can anybody help

You have a bootloader configuration issue. Please reinstall Grub2: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Copy%20LiveCD%20Files
